We also carry special saunas and steam baths for hotels and a wide range of Jee O and Axor products.

You can buy products at BB Concept on order after a consultation. From September 2023 we also offer an internet store.

Shipping and delivery
How long does the shipping take?
Shipping time varies from 1 to 6 weeks depending on the product. For some products, such as bathroom furniture, production begins only after the order is placed with the customer’s individual dimensions and colors. This production takes four weeks, plus one week shipping. Bathroom accessories can be at the customer’s site after only 7-10 days. BB Concept also delivers by appointment to match the construction process at the site.

We deliver to Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy and Balearic Islands.

Shipping costs vary depending on the product and range from €4.99 to €89.00.

For parcels, the shipping status can be tracked using the parcel number. For larger deliveries, delivery is made by appointment.

Yes, products can be returned or exchanged. Exceptions are individually manufactured products, such as bathroom furniture, which are built specifically to customer specifications.
What are the conditions for returns and exchanges?
Products that have not been used and whose packaging is in perfect condition can be returned.
